I was scheduled to have my truck dropped off on a Wednesday, and back by the end of the week. I was able to drop it off on Monday, where I had no expectation of it being looked at until Wednesday at the earliest, and got the call that everything was done on Tuesday afternoon. Looking at the repair afterwards, everything looked proper and clean. I also received follow ups to make sure everything was up to par the following week. I’d recommend Legacy, and plan on coming back when I wear something else out.

First of all, the shop is extremely clean and well taken care of. Dave, the owner, is very thorough and personable. He didn’t try to upsell or upcharge for parts that were ordered. Their hourly rate is less than your average shop. And they were very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!!!

Not only that but kept excellent communication throughout, gave an upfront accurate quote, and runs a clean ship. I can’t say that for many businesses let alone mechanic shops. I have yet to see one as clean and organized in the back as Legacy Auto! I highly recommend and have never truly recommended an autoshop before. They’ve earned my business for my company and personal vehicles. Very blessed for their care! The owner David is realistic and down to earth I genuinely enjoy the presence there. I no longer dread the next vehicle repair…

I brought my 2009 Chrysler 300 in for a diagnostic appointment regarding issues with my blinkers and wipers. From the moment I arrived, David and Dylan were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.

They took the time to properly diagnose the issue, explain their findings, and answer my questions without making me feel pressured or rushed. What stood out most was their honesty and integrity. They only charged for the diagnostic and focused on helping me understand the problem rather than selling unnecessary repairs.

From the very first phone call, they were incredibly helpful. I explained my situation and asked whether they worked with my insurance, and they immediately guided me through the next steps with patience and professionalism.

What really stood out was their communication and honesty. They told me they would send updates by text regarding the diagnostic process, and they followed through exactly as promised. After assessing my vehicle, they were completely transparent and actually referred me to my dealership to help me avoid unnecessary and costly repairs.

On top of that, they went above and beyond by staying at the shop late to make sure someone was there when the tow truck arrived to take my car to the dealership. Even when the tow company canceled and rescheduled, the shop owner remained kind, understanding, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

It’s rare to find this level of honesty, customer service, and genuine care these days. I highly recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy auto repair help!
